With the improvement of living standards, people increasingly like to use intelligent electronic products, of which smart scales are one of them. SCM Solutions Network has launched a smart scale development program with functions such as normal weighing, support for two weight unit displays (kg and lb), low battery prompt, overload prompt, auto zero and backlight.
1. Principles of Smart Scale Development Program
Smart scales can be divided into two categories: 1. Smart scales; 2. Smart body fat scales. Their principles are different. The core component of the weight scale is a pressure sensor, while the body fat scale uses a micro current to flow through the body. According to the difference in electrical conductivity, the detailed parameters of the body's fat rate, moisture, muscle, and bone are calculated through formulas.
2. Function introduction of smart scale development program
The one-chip computer program network introduced is the intelligent weight scale, the main function:
(1) Automatic power-on on the upper scale: automatic zero-return on startup, the power-on weight is 5 kg.
(2) Weighing range: 3kg~180kg.
(3) Working current: In normal operation, the sensor working voltage is 2.3V, working current is 6mA, and standby is 1uA.
(4) Warning prompt: low battery prompt, overload prompt.
(5) Backlight: After turning on and weighing, it will automatically turn off in 10 seconds.
